Your session begins with a 15-minute chakra reading to assess what needs balancing, opening, and grounding before bodywork begins. This energetic assessment sets the intention and informs everything that follows — ensuring the work is specific to what you need in that moment.

From there, a seamless blend of therapeutic massage, CranioSacral Integration, and Reiki carries the session forward — intuitively guided by what your body and energy field are calling for. Tuning forks, sound, and crystals may be woven in naturally as the session unfolds.

There is nothing to do, nothing to figure out, and nothing to explain. You simply arrive, receive, and let your system do what it already knows how to do.
