Price Increase:

My Monthy Memberships will be going up $5 at the beginning of the year EXCEPT FOR CURRENT MEMBERS . Current members will still stay at the $70 (Self Care Membership) rate and $95 (Focus 30 Membership) as a token of my appreciation and gratitude for having supported me for my first two years in business. So if you are interested in joining my monthly memberships, it will remain $70 and $95 until January 1, 2025. In 2025, my Self Care Massage Membership will be $75, and Focus 30 Membership will be $100 for future members.

My packages will also go up on January 1,2025 by the same $5 increase per massage session. 3ea 60min sessions will be $225 and 3ea 90min sessions will be $300.

This is a minimal price increase to help cover business fees and taxes that I have not incorporated during the first two years of running my business. I still pride myself in having an affordable massage experience that showcases my unique talent and abilities, my attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and complimentary add-ons (aromatherapy, hot stones, heating pad, hot towel treatment. Stretches and glide cupping therapy as needed) while in a relaxing and comfortable environment. I hope you will all understand this decision I had to make for myself and my business.

I am also excited to announce in 2025 I will be having the first Sunday of every month, a Meditation 101 and a Reiki Meditation Sound Bath group session. Limited to 4 people for each class. The first is on Sunday January 5th. You can sign up below under Classes on my Vagaro booking app:

Transitioning to Full time in Glenn Mills

I am excited to offer extended hours for massage therapy in Glenn Mills, PA

Starting on November 27, I will be taking clients at my Sola Salon - Glen Mills location only. I will be moving out of Chadds Ford at the end of this month. This has been a great opportunity for me but due to time and resource constraints I will be able to best serve my clients at one location. My Glen Mills location is 1.5 miles down the road from Chadds Ford so the trip will not be far to make. If you have any questions. please reach out to me.

New Location at Chadds Ford, PA

It’s been a while since I’ve written a blog! Hope everyone has had a happy and healthy summer! We are at the beginning of the Fall season. The leaves are starting to fall and the morning air is beginning to get crisp! A change of seasons is always exciting for me. New schedules, new routines and never forgetting Self Care because you cannot pour from an empty cup.

Speaking of New beginnings, I have the wonderful opportunity with expanding into an additional location inside Dr Jill Chiropractic in Chadds Ford. I first met Dr Jill at the Women’s Professional Group Network in Glen Mills. I made an appointment for a chiropractic adjustment and loved her professionalism and gentle touch. The rest is history!

I have many clients that routinely book their massages on the same day of their chiropractic adjustments. The goal is to have your muscles loose and pliable because muscles move bone. A Chiropractic adjustment moves bones. The result is that the client receives a better adjustment and that adjustment lasts longer. It is the perfect combination of therapies that compliment each other perfectly! The best way to optimum health always consists of multiple modalites and factors.

It's been a while since I last made a blog on my website. I have been working a lot lately as massage therapist at a franchise and doing Reiki on the side. I wanted to do more Reiki and Reiki Massage combo (which is not allowed at massage franchises) and found myself being limited working out of my basement from home.

The opportunity came along through one of my Reiki clients that Sola Studios in Glenn Mills had a space for a massage therapist in their Spa section. So I took a chance and set out to grow my business and be in service to more clientele than I could working from home. Of course, there are risks to going out on my own but its a risk I am willing to take to do more of what I love. And also to do more of what I was meant to do here with my Soul Gifts. I am so excited and I welcome you to visit me in my new healing space!

Where did Reiki come from? This non-invasive healing modality has its roots deep in Japanese culture. A culture that I feel intrinsically connected to through my Japanese ancestry in my mother's and grandmother's lineage. This is an awesome article of Reiki history. "The following referenced history of Reiki is taken from Reiki, The Healing Touch, by William Lee Rand and has been carefully researched to contain verified information from dependable sources.

Many consider that Mikao Usui or Usui Sensei as we reverently refer to him, was the creator of Reiki and that the word Reiki applies only to the healing modality he discovered and developed. Yet, when researching the facts concerning the origin of Reiki as a healing modality, we find that prior to Usui Sensei developing his style of Reiki, there were at least four other styles of Reiki healing that were being practiced in Japan. This information comes from Hiroshi Doi Sensei and from Toshitaka Mochitzuki Sensei, two Japanese Reiki researchers.
